Responsibilities

  • Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative, orthodontic, and surgical treatments
  • Perform digital X-rays and intraoral imaging with advanced imaging systems
  • Manage patient flow and ensure sterile instrument processing in compliance with OSHA standards
  • Execute administrative tasks remotely: appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and digital record management
  • Provide chairside support including suctioning, material preparation, and patient education
  • Maintain inventory management and ordering for clinical supplies
  • Coordinate with specialty departments for multi-disciplinary treatment plans

Qualifications

  • Active Dental Assistant certification (DANB or state equivalent)
