Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced Emergency Department settings
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Participate in trauma response and emergency protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and state healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (NV compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years recent Emergency Department experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends
- Travel nursing experience highly desirable
