Responsibilities
- Assist Clinical Operations: Support dentists during examinations, treatments, and surgeries with precision and efficiency.
- Instrument Management: Properly prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and materials for each procedure.
- Patient Care: Comfort and prepare patients for procedures, explaining treatment plans clearly.
- Radiography: Capture and process high-quality dental X-rays while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Administrative Support: Manage patient records, update charts, and handle front desk duties as needed.
- Infection Control: Maintain a sterile environment and strictly follow infection control guidelines.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current Washington State Dental Assistant license and Radiography certification.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a dental setting preferred; training available for motivated candidates.
- CPR/BLS: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is a plus.
