Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for treatments and assist dentists during procedures
- Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical hygiene standards
- Take dental X-rays and perform chairside assistance
- Manage patient records and digital charting systems
- Coordinate patient scheduling and recall systems
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Deliver post-procedure care instructions to patients
Qualifications
- Active Texas Dental Assistant certification required
- 1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency with digital imaging and practice management software
- Strong infection control protocols knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
