Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument prep, suction, and patient monitoring
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clinical hygiene standards
- Take dental impressions and develop X-rays (training provided)
- Manage patient scheduling and digital records systems
- Provide chairside support during complex treatments
- Deliver post-procedure care instructions to patients
- Order inventory and manage supply chain efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy for digital records
- Valid California driver's license
