Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with established medical protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the wider healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient medical records, assessments, and care plans.
- Adhere to all hospital safety policies, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning to promote continuity of care post-discharge.
- Flexibly adapt to different healthcare settings and shifts to ensure 24/7 facility coverage.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new locations and healthcare team dynamics.
- Flexibility with scheduling and the ability to cover call coverage as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
