Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and daily living support to elderly clients
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Maintain detailed care records and documentation
- Adhere to all HIPAA and Arizona healthcare regulations
- Participate in ongoing skills training and professional development
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate personality with patience and empathy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
