Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Maintain accurate resident records and care documentation
- Support social activities and promote resident independence
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Indiana CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
