Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Support nursing staff with clinical tasks
- Respect patient dignity and cultural diversity
Qualifications
- Florida CNA certification required (or enrollment in training)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
