Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, noting any changes to resident condition
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning to ensure resident comfort and safety
- Support nutritional needs by serving meals and assisting with feeding when required
- Document care activities accurately in resident charts following HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment for all residents
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Must be at least 18 years old
