Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, accurately documenting patient observations
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and maintain sterile environments
- Support patient mobility and safety protocols throughout shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and common areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
