Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Measure and record vital signs and patient observations
- Support mobility through safe transfer techniques
- Administer medications under nurse supervision
- Maintain clean and sanitized resident environments
- Document care activities accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop care plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current North CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
