Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care under RN supervision
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Document care accurately in patient records
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team and families
- Support mobility and therapeutic exercises
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and patience working with elderly patients
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
- No prior experience necessary (training provided)
