Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records and care documentation
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful manner
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient comfort
- Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Oklahoma state
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate attitude toward elderly patients
- Reliable transportation to various facility locations
- Background check and drug screen required
