Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments and materials
- Sterilize equipment and maintain treatment areas per OSHA standards
- Take dental impressions and expose/develop X-rays
- Manage patient records and schedule appointments
- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
- Order inventory and manage clinic supplies
- Ensure patient comfort and anxiety management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior dental experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
