Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument handling and patient comfort
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clinical areas per OSHA standards
- Take digital X-rays and assist with patient charting
- Manage patient scheduling and recall systems
- Prepare treatment rooms and materials for procedures
- Provide post-op instructions and patient education
- Manage inventory and ordering of dental supplies
Qualifications
- No prior dental experience required - we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to obtain DANB certification within 6 months
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and commitment to patient care
