Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient intake and preliminary health assessments
- Assist providers with telemedicine appointments and documentationManage electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision
- Coordinate patient care plans and referrals across departments
- Handle lab result follow-ups and medication reconciliation
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in all digital communications
- Support patient education through remote channels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CMA or RMA certification preferred (willing to train)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
