Responsibilities
- Perform accurate blood draws and specimen collection following strict protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and properly handle biohazardous materials
- Accurately label, process, and transport specimens to lab facilities
- Document patient information and procedure details in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nurses and lab staff to ensure seamless care delivery

Qualifications
- No prior phlebotomy experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current CPR certification (training provided if needed)
