Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Document patient observations and care accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians and nursing supervisors
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and home care procedures
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact license with ability to obtain Oklahoma license)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN from accredited program
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Graduation within last 12 months or 1-2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
