Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care management
- Adhere to infection control and safety regulations at all times
- Participate in shift handovers and report changes in patient status promptly
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- 0-1 years of clinical experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
