Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations under physician guidance
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress using electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital safety regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and training programs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Ohio RN license or eligibility to obtain immediately
- Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
