Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across diverse medical units under RN supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop patient plans
- Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and wellness
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active MN RN license or eligibility upon graduation
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care setting
