Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections accurately and safely
- Monitor patient vital signs and document health status changes in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide patient education on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Assist in emergency response situations and maintain patient safety protocols
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear communication channels
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- CPR/BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Basic ECG interpretation skills and medication administration knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Pass background check and drug screening
