Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN required)
- Active Wisconsin RN license or eligibility to obtain
- Pass NCLEX exam or scheduled test date
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
