Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units including ER, ICU, and surgical services
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments with precision
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare specialists to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and health maintenance strategies
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN required)
- Active Washington State RN license (or eligibility to obtain immediately)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
- Graduation from accredited nursing program within the last 12 months
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
