Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in medical/surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on health maintenance
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor's in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active Florida RN license or eligible
- BLS certification required
- Clinical rotation experience
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Compassionate patient-centered approach
- Ability to work rotating shifts
