Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition with appropriate interventions
- Adhere to infection control protocols and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based safety committees
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Active Colorado RN license or eligibility to obtain within 90 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Clinical rotation experience in acute care settings preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams

- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
