Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with treatment plans and facility protocols
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs accurately
- Document patient observations and care progress in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times
- Participate in shift handovers and care coordination activities
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio (or willingness to obtain)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (recent graduates encouraged)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
