As a Remote Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in patient care through virtual consultations, triage, and health education. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure your transition from student to professional is seamless.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and triage via secure video conferencing platforms.
- Evaluate symptoms and provide evidence-based recommendations to patients.
- Document patient interactions, medical history, and care plans accurately in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, medication management, and lifestyle changes.
- Manage incoming patient inquiries and escalate critical cases to on-call providers immediately.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Recent nursing graduate or graduating within the next 6 months preferred.
