Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge planning
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and hospital safety policies
- Participate in shift handoffs and report changes in patient condition promptly
Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Previous clinical rotations or new graduate residency program preferred
