Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care across diverse units including Med-Surg, ICU, and Emergency
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Active RN license or eligibility to obtain in Arizona
