Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient assessments via phone and telehealth platforms
- Accurately prioritize patients using Emergency Severity Index (ESI) protocols
- Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate care pathways
- Document patient encounters in EMR systems with precision
- Provide clear medical guidance to patients and families

Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- BSN degree from accredited program (or equivalent experience)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
