Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative, endodontic, and surgical treatments
- Perform four-handed dentistry with precision and efficiency
- Manage digital radiography systems and intraoral cameras
- Sterilize equipment and maintain OSHA/CDC compliance protocols
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
- Deliver compassionate patient education on oral hygiene
- Coordinate seamless scheduling and patient flow
Qualifications
- CDA certification or RDA license (California required)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- Expertise in infection control and HIPAA compliance
- Strong knowledge of dental materials and instrumentation
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Exceptional chairside demeanor and communication skills
- Ability to work 40 hours/week with occasional Saturdays
