Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including restorative, endodontic, and surgical treatments
- Manage patient intake, digital charting, and sterilization protocols
- Take accurate dental radiographs and maintain digital imaging systems
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for optimal efficiency
- Administer infection control procedures exceeding OSHA standards
- Provide compassionate patient education and post-operative care instructions
- Manage inventory ordering and supply chain optimization
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA license required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- BLS/CPR certification and current immunization records
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
