Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and daily living assistance to elderly clients
- Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders
- Prepare nutritious meals and maintain safe home environments
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor health conditions and report changes to care team
- Document care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or equivalent training
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly clients
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends
