Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care coordinators
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Administer medications and maintain accurate health records
- Engage clients in cognitive stimulation and companionship activities
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- CPR and First Aid certification required (training provided)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
