Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment before each appointment.
- Take and develop digital X-rays and intraoral photographs.
- Manage patient records, update dental histories, and prepare charts.
- Provide post-operative instructions and educate patients on oral hygiene.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile treatment room environment.
- Greet patients and ensure their comfort before and after visits.
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant Certification or graduation from an accredited dental assisting program.
- Current certification in Radiology (X-ray) required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
