Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Monitor health status and document care notes accurately
- Plan and engage in stimulating activities tailored to client interests
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environments
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
