Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with proper nutrition and hydration
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plan protocols
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe home environments
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Document care activities and communicate with family members and care team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy
- Physical capability to assist with transfers and mobility
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
