Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support patients with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with nurses and family members for coordinated care
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of home care or geriatric experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Background clearance and TB test
