Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, reporting any abnormalities to the nursing staff.
  • Assist patients with mobility, including transferring them from beds to chairs or using walkers/wheelchairs safely.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and feeding schedules.

Qualifications
