Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive remote patient assessments and care coordination via telehealth platforms
- Monitor patient vitals and health data using electronic health records (EHR) systems

- Document patient interactions and progress accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications
- Active California RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care or telehealth
- BLS/ACLS certification and familiarity with telehealth technology

- Exceptional communication skills for virtual patient interactions
