Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs as specified in care plans
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes accurately
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being
- Assist with light housekeeping and medication reminders
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain consistent care quality
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or CNA with active KY license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clear background check and drug screening required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Compassionate demeanor with patience for elderly care
- Basic computer skills for documentation
