Responsibilities

- Manage inventory and medication ordering systems
- Process insurance claims and verify patient coverage
- Counsel patients on medication usage and side effects
- Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy databases
- Collaborate with pharmacists on clinical services
- Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, and state regulations
Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license
- 1+ years retail or hospital pharmacy experience
- CPhT certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of drug interactions and pharmacy math
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software (e.g., QS/1, Omnicell)
- Background check and TB clearance required
