Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for care planning.
- Document patient progress and medical records accurately and in real-time.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital setting.
