Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings across Orlando healthcare facilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Provide patient education and support to patients and families
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida or ability to obtain compact license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in specialty area (ICU, ER, Telemetry, etc.)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and any specialty-specific certifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Flexibility to work in various healthcare environments
- Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and protocols
