Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse hospital departments including ICU, ER, and Telemetry
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Joint Commission standards
- Provide mentorship to facility staff during transition periods
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with Washington State nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates considered with experience)
- ACLS, BLS, and specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS) required
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and variable schedules
- Pass background check and drug screening
