Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse hospital settings including ICU, ER, and MedSurg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to JCAHO standards and facility-specific protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in assigned specialty
- BLS, ACLS, and any specialty-specific certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
