Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companion care, medication management, and specialized support for clients with complex health needs
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, mobility support, and personal hygiene
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes using our digital care platform
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional caregiving experience with verifiable references
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) license required

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and assist with mobility transfers
