Responsibilities
- Personal Care Assistance: Provide daily living support including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance to clients.
- Medication Management: Remind clients to take prescribed medications and monitor for any adverse reactions.
- Companionship: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, games, and social activities.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Transportation: Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as needed.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or personal care.
- License: Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassion: Strong empathy and patient demeanor.
- Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
